
The founder and president of the Aayudham Foundation, Mr. G. Vivek, MSW, is an artist, social worker, and social activist. Since 2009, he has been actively working in a variety of social work disciplines and is a multiskilled individual. He collaborates with a number of government agencies, including the Coimbatore district administration, the revenue department, the forest department, the police department, the fire department, and the medical field. He also collaborates with a number of non-governmental organizations, businesses, and educational establishments. He has done various animal, birds, and reptilian rescues and rehabilitations. He is an expert in handling snakes. Also, he saved almost 2000 animals. He is a performer and trainer of Tamil traditional arts, such as parai and silambam,etc,.
With expertise in tribal welfare for the NABARD project, WASH, and watershed management, he also served as a mobilization and training specialist in the Tamil Nadu Water Resources Department for the Bhavani and Parambikulam Aliyar Projects from 2020 to 2025. His experience further extends to working with transgenders since 2015, and he has been involved in traditional arts, animal rescue, and nature and wildlife conservation since 2011. Apart from this, he has worked with government departments such as District Administration, Police Department, Forest Department, Medical and Health Education Department, Fire Service; NGOs; educational institutions; and industries.
